Rush Lake (Pakistan)

Rush Lake is a excessive altitude lake located in Nagar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan near Rush Pari Peak. At 4,694 metres (15,four hundred feet), Rush is one of the most alpine lakes inside the worldwide. It is located approximately 15 km (nine mi) north of Miar Peak and Spantik (Golden Peak), that are in the Nagar Valley. It is the highest lake in Pakistan and twenty seventh maximum lake inside the global.

Rush Lake and Rush Peak is reached through Nagar and Hopar Valley thru the Hopar Glacier (Bualtar Glacier) and Miar Glacier, which rises from Miar and Phuparash peaks. The trek to Rush Lake offers perspectives of Spantik, Malubiting, Miar Peak, Phuparash Peak and Ultar Sar.
