Wazir Khan Mosque

Situated in Lahore, the mosque is celebrated for its broad faience tile work. It has been portrayed as ‘a mole on the cheek of Lahore’. It was worked in seven years, beginning around 1634–1635 AD, during the rule of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan. The mosque is inside the Inner City and is most straightforward gotten to from Delhi Gate. The mosque contains probably the best instances of Qashani tile work from the Mughal time frame.
